Nicole Cuervo

Nicole Cuervo is a social entrepreneur with a strong focus on using design thinking to create inclusive solutions.

She is the founder and CEO of Springrose, a startup that specializes in adaptive intimate apparel, inspired by her grandmother, Rose.

Nicole initiated Springrose in 2020 during her time in the MMM Program at Northwestern University, which combines a Kellogg MBA with a McCormick MS in Design Innovation.

Before her time at Kellogg, Nicole gained experience at Deloitte Consulting, where she worked on design thinking and strategy projects for governmental and non-profit clients, emphasizing solutions for underserved communities.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations from Brown University, fostering her passion for entrepreneurship and laying the groundwork for Springrose.

Alongside her professional endeavors, Nicole enjoys baking, reading romance novels, and nurturing her plant collection.
