Strategy & Operations Lead for Stripe's Capital offering (https://stripe.com/capital), promoted from individual contributor to manager in Jan '22.

In this role, I:
- Manage a dedicated Strategy & Operations team focused on the Capital product. 
- Coordinate executive-level strategic reviews of Capital's business.  
- Oversee Stripe Capital's expansion efforts, focusing on the internationalization of our lending program in Europe and North America.

Joined as one of the first Strategy & Operations team members in June 2019, with goal of incubating new financial products within Stripe. In this role, I: 

- Helped Stripe develop a loan program in collaboration with our banking partner, and built the specifications for Stripe's first loan offering.
- Operationalized Stripe's capital markets infrastructure, focused on our growing suite of Banking & Financial Products.

- MBA Product Manager intern for SoFi's Personal Loan offering.
- Developed product requirements and defined user experience for enhanced in-application messaging.
- Spearheaded analysis of strategic product expansion opportunities, evaluated competitive landscape, devised indicative go-to-market strategy and financial projections, and drafted initial launch specifications.

BlackRock's Financial Markets Advisory (FMA) is a capital markets consulting group that provides advisory services to financial institutions and central banks. 

As an Associate, I was an Engagement Manager across six projects, including engagements with lending-focused FinTech companies. In this role, my responsibilities included:
- Leading cross-functional and global teams of data scientists, financial modelers, and portfolio managers to successfully complete required deliverables
- Serving as the key client liaison, leading daily project management touchpoints, and developing project plans to ensure continuity and clarity of objectives during the course of each engagement
