Nicole Burke

Nicole Burke is a seasoned professional in the catering and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Catering Sales at Emelle's Catering Ltd in Surrey, British Columbia. With over 22 years of experience, she focuses on creating innovative menu items, providing exceptional guest service, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance business growth. Her leadership role encompasses overseeing the sales, catering, and operations departments, as well as acting as the Assistant General Manager in the absence of the CEO.13

In addition to her work at Emelle's Catering, Nicole has been actively involved with the BNI Big Tsunami Chapter, where she has held various leadership positions, including President from April 2022 to April 2023 and Vice President earlier in her tenure.
