The Waves of Change Coalition is based in Biarritz, France.
We are a non-profit formed by entrepreneurs from the blue and green economy with complemental profiles in science, finance, consulting, tech, energy, HR and networks across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. 
Together our goal is to foster collaborations between local and international players that can accelerate the transition towards a more respectful economy. We believe that what we like to call the green and blue waves of change, also known as green business and blue economy are two major and complemental engines in this transition.

We are gathering up to 200 highly involved changemakers in Biarritz, France for our annual Forum in June as part of Vivatech's official side events program. On this occasion we will experiment a different approach to events, with a view to fostering a coalition with a meaningful impact.

• Achieved ZEENS mobile-to-store app pivot towards the first ever press couponing app to offer 50 % off on printed issues across 1,000+ stores to date, in order to effectively reduce unsold inventory.
• Initiated with ZEENS Lab a great list of Innovation meetups gathering leading Press publishers, retailers, distributors, startups and innovators around VR, AR, IoT, Digital transformation, and more.
• Opened a new startup ecosystem/space at the heart of downtown Paris, gathering 7 startups ranging from Mobile Gaming to Online Traffic Acquisition, Couponing, Healthcare, Arts and Cultural exclusive events, Elevators Maintenance and more.
• Designed Go-to-Market Strategy and developed one-of-a-kind subscription-based, unlimited press app LaSource / ZEENS Infinit including access to digitized archives of all types of magazines and newspapers and learned from failure to convince board to greenlight the project after one year in the making and ca. € 2million funding secured.

Shower Gels and Shampoos for 3 major French brands : Ultra Doux, Obao & Neutralia.

•	Supervised agencies work on packaging and displays for the launches of specific Garnier products for the French market.
•	Designed and adapted a specific cross category promotion and with the help of sales department convinced France’s major retailers to distribute it. This enabled  inventory clearing of old Ultra Doux shower gel.
•	Implemented historical brand Obao Shower re-positioning strategy, which won industry award: “Produit de l’Année 2005”.
