Raj Subramaniam

Raj Subramaniam is a highly accomplished executive who has made significant contributions to the success of several large companies. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, he is an expert in strategy, business development, and operations management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from Syracuse University.

Subramaniam began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he worked as a management consultant for eight years. He then joined FedEx in 1991 and has held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the company's growth by expanding its portfolio of services and transforming its marketing and communications strategies.

In 2018, Subramaniam was appointed as the President and CEO of FedEx Express, the world's largest express transportation company. In this role, he oversees the company's global network, which includes more than 650 aircraft and 150,000 team members. He has been instrumental in driving innovation and improving operational efficiency, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
