Nick Poper is an experienced employment lawyer who represents companies in various legal proceedings and advises them on employment laws. He has handled cases in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and administrative proceedings. Poper's expertise includes defending against class action suits, wrongful termination claims, discrimination cases, PAGA claims, and wage and hour disputes. Prior to joining Baker & Hostetler LLP, he has worked as an associate attorney in Jackson Lewis P.C. and Mahoney Law Group, APC. He also served as a legal extern and certified legal extern in the California Office of the Attorney General and worked as a law clerk in the California State Personnel Board. Poper holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, where he was on the Dean's Honor List and Traynor Honor Society. He received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC San Diego.
