Nick Gross is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, musician, and CEO in the entertainment and media industry. He is the founder of Gross Labs, a multi-dimensional entertainment and media holding company, and also serves as the active CEO of Find Your Grind, a self-discovery and education platform for Gen Z. Nick's music career is equally impressive, having drummed for Sony Epic and MTV recording artist Open Air Stereo and Half The Animal. Nick's inspiration from the music industry enabled him to create numerous successful ventures in the entertainment sector.

Nick founded Big Noise Music Group with acclaimed music producer John Feldmann and Vagrant/BMG executive Jon Cohen and supports it with his multimedia recording studio, The Noise Nest. Nick has also served on the advisory board of various organizations, including Rekt Global and Team Rogue in the esports field.

Nick's passion for helping students led him to establish Find Your Grind in 2018, with the aim of providing high school and college students with the support they need to discover themselves and achieve their goals. Gross Labs focuses on various entertainment and media experiences that offer innovative and modern solutions, from branding and promotion to content production and distribution.

Nick's education includes studying at Sage Hill High School and the University of Southern California.
