Nick Fauchald is a seasoned professional with a background in magazine editing, publishing, and consulting.
He started his career at renowned publications like Food & Wine, Wine Spectator, and Every Day with Rachael Ray before launching TastingTable.com in 2008.
As the editor-in-chief of Tasting Table, he led the platform until 2011, when he went on to establish All Day Media, a company specializing in digital and print publishing as well as consulting services.
Nick's expertise extends to consulting for notable clients such as Gilt Groupe, The New York Times, PureWow.com, Tennis magazine, and Kitchensurfing, among others.
In addition to his editorial and consulting work, he is also an accomplished cookbook author, co-founding Short Stack Editions and later teaming up with W&P Design to launch Dovetail Press.
Some of his notable works include the Death & Co cocktail book, Feeding the Fire, Cocktail Codex, and Chasing Flavor, with more projects in the pipeline.
Currently, Nick focuses on assisting brands with content strategy, creative direction, and brand identity, working with clients like Little Sous, Misen, and Field Company.
He holds a BA in English from St. Olaf College and a diploma in Classic Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute.
Throughout his career, he has held various roles such as Publisher at Short Stack Editions, Founder/Publisher at All Day Media, Inc., and Creative Director at Happy Cooking Hospitality.
