Nick Bristol is a co-founder and managing partner of Bristol Ebinger, a well-respected executive search firm that concentrates on the alternative asset management niche. With over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, Nick Bristol is no novice when it comes to recruiting industry professionals for various clients ranging from private equity firms, hedge funds, traditional asset management outfits, and even broker/dealers.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Nick Bristol's career began at Prudential Investments where he served as an ABS Investment Analyst for six years. Since co-founding Bristol Ebinger in 2003, he has partnered with managing partners, senior portfolio managers, and other significant stakeholders to provide Talent Acquisition solutions with a keen eye for excellence and professionalism.

Nick Bristol’s core competencies are in portfolio management, trading, sales, risk management, investor relations, banking, among others. His asset class expertise includes consumer ABS, CDO, CMBS, high yield, amongst others. He has successfully placed hiring managers from group heads to associate levels in different geographic regions, including the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sao Paulo, and London.
