Nicholas Herinckx is a seasoned CEO, executive coach, repeat founder, and investor with a strong background in marketing and scaling high-growth startups. He co-founded Obility, leading it to rapid growth and a successful exit. Following this, he founded Bluefield, a coaching practice where he has mentored over 100 CEOs, including those from top national companies. Nicholas is also actively involved in advising VC funds, investing through Stargazer Ventures, and leading Oxygen, a company focused on offering premium manager training programs.
Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys playing guitar, reading, playing video games, and prioritizing his roles as a dedicated father and husband. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Management Information Systems, and Jazz from Gonzaga University.
