Nic Millington

Nic Millington is the founder of Rural Media, a Midlands-based charity established in 1992, known for its impactful work with disadvantaged communities in Britain.

Rural Media engages in film, media, digital arts, education, and community development projects to raise awareness, inform policy, and empower rural communities.

The organization publishes Travellers' Times, a national magazine and web platform for Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller communities, and conducts an annual training and projects program.

Rural Media Productions, the trading arm, collaborates with various entities to nurture creative talent, promote unheard voices, and prepare young individuals for the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) in the UK.

Nic Millington studied Comparative Religion and English Literature at Harris Manchester College, Oxford, and has held the position of CEO at Rural Media while previously working in Arts & Media Development at Pentabus Theatre Company.
