With her experience as a qualified teacher, business leader, author, and leadership coach, Sonia has helped countless school leaders achieve their vision and create a lasting impact on the education system. Her Journey to Outstanding methodology equips school leadership teams with skills in creating a compelling vision, having difficult conversations, and developing their team's skills quickly.

Sonia's educational background comprises a PGCE from the University of Leicester, a Diploma in Coaching Excellence and NLP Practitioner certification from Smart School of Coaching, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She has also studied A-levels in English Lit, History, and Psychology, and attained 8 As and 1 B in her GCSE exams at Stewards Comprehensive School in Harlow.

Before starting Heads Up Limited, Sonia worked in various roles at John Lewis, such as Project Manager, Finance & Systems Manager, and Customer Experience Manager. She also worked as Business Development Manager at Home Services. Additionally, Sonia served as a Primary School Teacher at Kingsmoor Primary School and Assistant Manager at Environment Agency, Thames Barrier.
