I am a seasoned business executive with a robust background in guiding strategic growth and fostering operational efficiency across various sectors. At present, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Zhihu (NYSE: ZH), a top-tier Chinese internet company. My role spans a range of corporate operations, including app growth, product operations, corporate marketing, PR, and strategy development.

Prior to my current position, I held significant leadership roles at Zhihu, as Vice President of Community BU, Strategy, Marketing & PR, and Vice President, Growth & Strategy, where I spearheaded user growth initiatives and optimized operations across multiple platforms.

At an earlier stage in my career, I held the position of Director of Corporate Development at JD Group and was Vice President, Business Products at Wandou Labs. I was a co-founder at Guohe Mobile Advertising, where I directed business and product development strategies. I started my professional journey at General Electric in the roles of an Analyst in the Financial Management Program and an Associate on the Corporate Audit Staff, a comprehensive leadership program built to cultivate executive skills in high-potential individuals.

In addition to my mainstream professional commitment, I have been engaged in thought leadership. As a former columnist for Bloomberg BusinessWeek China, I shared insights and perspectives on business, strategy, and technology trends. Currently, I also produce 'Platform Thinking+', a newsletter where I discuss business dynamics in the tech industry.

My diverse experiences in Beijing, Shanghai, and New York have endowed me with a global perspective and a thorough understanding of various markets. I continue to focus on leveraging this unique skill set and professional knowledge to further the growth and effectiveness of my current organization, Zhihu.
