Nemo Yang

Nemo Yang is the CEO of Cortex, a position he has held since January 2022. Cortex specializes in artificial intelligence solutions aimed at enhancing manual review processes. Prior to his role at Cortex, Yang has accumulated diverse experience in the tech industry, including positions such as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he worked on recommendation systems for Azure ML, and a Product Manager at ByteDance for their Lark video conferencing software. He also has experience with Siemens Digital Enterprise Labs and completed a research internship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) focused on computer vision applications.

Yang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which he completed between 2019 and 2021. He is based in San Francisco, California, and is fluent in Chinese (simplified) .1
