Neil Samuels is a seasoned leadership coach with over 17 years of experience as an internal consultant at BP. He is the founder and former president of Profound Conversations, Inc, a consulting firm specializing in organizational change, executive team development, and leadership development. His coaching philosophy is anchored on strengths-based conversations that lead to successful, lasting change. Neil holds an MSOD in organization development from Pepperdine University and has published extensively in the management, education, and organization development fields. His clients include Rolls Royce, Glaxo Smith Kline, Celebrity Cruise Lines, BP, and Stantec Engineering, among others.
