Paul Pluschkell is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in leadership positions across the tech industry. He is a serial entrepreneur renowned for his ability to grow both private and public businesses, having successfully completed multiple exits, including Spigit and MXNet. Alongside his proven track record of strong financial performance and success in raising over $100M in capital, Pluschkell brings a passion for building great organizations and teams that drive transformational change. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in strategic business development, corporate strategy development, and leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Pluschkell's professional journey began with studies in electronics engineering at North Park University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University. His early career saw him take up various leadership positions at Reuters and Global Crossing before he co-founded his first company, MXNet. Following multiple successful entrepreneurial ventures, he went on to serve as Chief Corporate Development and Strategy Officer at Braidio, ALS Cure Project Board of Directors, and most recently, co-founder at EPICDX.
