Neil Frye is a seasoned HR professional with board-level experience in scaling hyper-growth companies through innovative people programs and technology. With over 18 years of experience, Neil has a unique blend of consulting, people tech, and HR expertise gained from working with renowned companies like Accenture, Google, and Dropbox. His leadership skills position him as a world-class leader in shaping the future of work. At Dropbox, Neil played a pivotal role in the company's growth, leading a team of 100+ full-time employees responsible for end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and technology. His team successfully developed and executed comprehensive people processes, from hiring to retirement, to support Dropbox's global expansion. Neil's responsibilities included overseeing recruitment, onboarding, HR data administration, global mobility, contingent workforce management, and people analytics across 10 countries. He also spearheaded initiatives related to levels, compensation grades, diversity goals, and performance management programs to foster an evolving organizational culture. Neil also established and managed new teams at Dropbox, such as Executive Recruiting, Technical Staffing, Talent Brand, Diversity Recruiting, HR Technology, and People Analytics. Prior to his role at Dropbox, Neil held key positions at Google and Accenture, where he played integral roles in developing and implementing world-class HR solutions.
