Neil Dodgson is a highly accomplished Professor of Computer Graphics at the Victoria University of Wellington. He has a rich academic background having previously held the position of Professor of Graphics & Imaging at the University of Cambridge. Prof. Dodgson's areas of expertise include computer graphics, 3D display technology, and image processing. His recent research has focused on subdivision surfaces and aesthetic imaging. He holds the prestigious titles of a chartered engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology (FIET) and the Institute for Mathematics and its Applications (FIMA). Prof. Dodgson is an active member of ACM SIGGRAPH and Eurographics. He also engages in consultancy work related to 3D TV, computer graphics, and image processing.
