Svet Bajlekov is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in atomic and laser physics, technology and innovation strategy, and managing technical professionals and organizations. Having studied at esteemed institutions such as the University of Oxford, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Saïd Business School, Bajlekov has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience that has led to his success as a co-founder and CEO of AMMP Technologies.

Previously, Bajlekov has held various roles in different organizations. He was the Chief Technical Officer at E.ON Off Grid Solutions, where he worked on renewable energy projects. Bajlekov also had experience in business development, project management, and consulting at PowerGen Renewable Energy and Bain & Company. Furthermore, he worked as a Solar Program Manager at Lightyear Foundation, where he gained experience in sustainable energy solutions.

Bajlekov has a strong scientific and research background as well, having collaborated with prestigious organizations such as the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Additionally, he has experience in teaching, having been a teaching assistant at the University of Oxford.
