His professional journey includes significant roles such as Climate / Energy / Sustainable Finance at Bloomberg Philanthropies, Term Member at Council on Foreign Relations, Counselor to the Under Secretary for Domestic Finance at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Global Head of Climate Finance Policy at Bloomberg LP, and Global Public Policy Team member at Bloomberg LP.

Ned has also contributed his expertise to various political campaigns, having been a part of the States Team at Biden for President. Furthermore, he has held leadership positions as Director and Head of Strategy & Operations at Hawkfish LLC. Prior to this, he worked as a Fellow at the Commerce Department in the City of Philadelphia and as a Summer Fellow at the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Strategic Policy Initiatives in the City of New York.

His experience is not limited to the United States, as he has also worked internationally in roles such as Project Leader at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA). Ned started his career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, showcasing his strong foundation in consulting.
