Neal Kaiser

Neal Kaiser is the Co-Founder and CTO of Virtual Sapiens, Inc., a company utilizing AI/ML to provide real-time feedback that aids professionals in mastering communication during video meetings, fostering trust and confidence in the new work environment.

Prior to his current role, Neal was the Founder & CEO of Upshot Commerce, a SaaS eCommerce platform that was acquired in 2016.

Neal Kaiser holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

His professional experience includes positions such as Co-Founder & CTO at Virtual Sapiens, Mentor at Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), Executive Director of Omnichannel at Mi9 Retail, and Founder & CEO of Upshot Commerce, which was acquired by Mi9 Retail.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Neal enjoys spending time playing guitar in his jazz organ trio, experimenting with vintage analog synthesizers, caring for his beehives, and dealing with the typical challenges of parenthood.
