Naveen Narayanan

Naveen Narayanan is the Global Head of Human Resources at Biocon Biologics, a leading company in the biosimilars sector and a fully owned subsidiary of Biocon Limited. He has held this position since September 2021, where he is responsible for driving the people strategy to enhance business performance across more than 30 geographies.1 2

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Naveen has a diverse background that spans various industries, including hospitality, supply chain, banking, retail, travel, and IT. He has worked in more than 30 countries, providing him with a rich understanding of global human capital strategies and the challenges of the digital economy. His previous roles include senior positions at notable firms such as Accenture, HCL Technologies, and KPISOFT, where he focused on talent management, consulting, and digital transformation.1 2

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Naveen is also an author, public speaker, and an advocate for girl child education, running an NGO that supports and mentors 250 girls through scholarships.1
