R.C. "Bob" Greene

R.C. "Bob" Greene is a Learning Solutions Architect and a sales and leadership expert based in Fairfax, Virginia. He is the founder of RCG Workgroup, where he focuses on optimizing hiring, onboarding, sales training, and compensation practices to enhance business performance. Greene has over 15 years of experience in corporate training and is recognized nationally as a corporate sales trainer and strategic business advisor. He also serves as adjunct faculty for sales leadership with the American Management Association and provides leadership training for the U.S. Army and government entities.

Greene is a graduate of Virginia Tech, holding a degree in political science and organizational leadership. He has further qualifications, including a BMI certification in intercultural analysis and an Executive Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management for Negotiation and Influence.
