A Managing Director at FAB Corporate Finance, currently seconded as a senior advisor to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company to support the delivery of its transformative financial investment and value creation strategy - a programme of partnerships and co-investments  across ADNOC's ecosystem of oil & gas production, petrochemicals, refining, drilling, oilfield services, storage, pipelines, and sales & marketing.

Led the creation of a new banking platform to develop and deliver the bank's flagship USD 10 billion commitment to sustainable business. Structured and sponsored the Middle East's first green bond at NBAD in March 2017. 

Led NBAD's adoption of the Equator Principles in 2015 - the global benchmark for environmental and social risk management in major capital projects - and led a systematic upgrade of the bank's  environmental risk assessment framework. 

Headed NBAD's Future of Energy advocacy programme. Frequent contributor to thought leadership publications with regular media appearances.

Led PwC's Middle East project finance advisory services from 2007 - 2010. Developed a blue chip client portfolio and executed numerous cross border project finance transactions across MENA in the transportation, utility and infrastructure sectors. 

Transaction leader in PwC's UK transportation and infrastructure advisory practice 2000 - 2007, focussed on European highway transactions. Early pioneer of social infrastructure PFI in the UK.
