Authorities, for the smooth and service driven business relationship.To be updated about the documentations of Companies in Free Zones, Local Markets and Offshore Companies in UAE and have knowledge of Islamic Banking, Banking procedures in UAE, Central Bank Guidelines and Business Banking in UAE.

Portfolio of Preferred customer of Bank.➢ Dealing with business banking & priority banking clients.➢ Focusing on activating customer’s engagement by providing Trade Forex Solutions, ODCC facility, unsecured Loans & Working capital etc.➢ Major handling of current accounts for working capital & assets requirement to generate monthly income for portfolio.➢ Providing investment advisory services to HNI clients of the bank.➢ Achieving monthly income target to be generated from the assigned imperia customer portfolio.➢ Focusing on ‘profile-based’ approach, for providing value added products / services such as Trade Forex, Payment Gateway Solutions, and Working Capital Assets & Insurance etc.➢ Maintain continuous customer engagement through daily customer visits / contacts, and proactively resolve customer issues / queries.
