Natasha Guerra

Natasha Guerra is the CEO of Runway East and Chair of the ICE List, with a focus on nurturing high-growth startups, fostering UK/European tech communities, and leading coworking practices in tech hubs.

Under her leadership, Runway East has become a prominent UK-based organization providing coworking spaces for high-growth startups, boasting over 2000 members and 200 companies spread across four locations in Bristol and London. Notable members include Monese, Streetbees, and CharlieHR, collectively raising over £300m in funding.

Guerra is actively involved in the ICE List, a robust community of over 300 entrepreneurs and investors, dedicated to enhancing the professional and personal lives of its members while empowering the UK tech industry.

Her educational background includes studying Physics, Maths, and Economics at Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls, obtaining a Distinction in MSc Management from Imperial College London, and earning a 2:1 in BSc Physics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol.

Throughout her career, Guerra has held various key roles, including CEO at Runway East, Pledger at Founders Pledge, Executive Director at ICE List, Founder of Task Firm, Product Manager at Contractor, Product & Operations Manager at The Taploid, and Product Manager at Swapit.
