Natalie Lynch is an experienced lawyer and business owner with a proven track record in providing keen insight and delivering bottom-line results. She founded the Lynch Law Firm in 2013 to help owners of private companies navigate the lifecycle of change, from entity formation to small business growth and expansion into mid-sized companies. Natalie helps her clients create the right structures, contracts, and employment agreements to minimize business and employment practice risk factors and flourish. She also conducts workplace investigations on behalf of government entities and organizations, managing hundreds of investigations into claims of discrimination, harassment, fraud, and theft that successfully avoided litigation for clients on all cases to date. Her law firm's client roster includes companies in e-commerce, small manufacturing, pet-related endeavors, and creative services, among other industries and sectors. Natalie's education background includes a Certificate of Distinction in Workplace Investigations from the Association of Workplace Investigators, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and a Doctor of Law (JD) from South Texas College of Law.
