Natalie Dole

Natalie Dole is a highly experienced customer success lead, design researcher, and user research associate. She studied a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Lewis and Clark College and Spanish Language and Culture at the Center for Cross-Cultural Studies. Natalie formerly worked at Simple Finance as a customer relations lead and representative before joining Upswell as a freelance design researcher. She is currently working at WorkStep, serving as a customer success lead. Additionally, Natalie has an extensive background in community development as she previously served as the Special Projects Coordinator AmeriCorps VISTA at Bienestar and the Community Development AmeriCorps VISTA at Catholic Charities Oregon. At Lewis and Clark College, she was a Site Organizer for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, Leader of the Urban Action New Student Breakaway Trip, Community Engagement Coordinator, and Peer Advisor.
