Meet Natalia Kaila, a career-driven and hardworking individual with a strong passion for events management. As the former Events Manager at CPI Financial FZ LLC, Natalia boasts extensive experience in developing and launching large-scale conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and round tables for the MENA region such as the WEALTH Arabia Summit, World Architecture Forum (WAF), and Real Estate Brokers Summit, working closely with government agencies to ensure event success. Her skill set includes research, stakeholder management, sponsorships, logistics, and audience development. Natalia holds a B.A Hons in Events Management from the Manchester Metropolitan University and previously worked as a Conference Producer at the Dubai World Trade Centre and Senior Conference Manager at Informa Exhibitions. She is articulate, charismatic, and thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment where she can put her industry knowledge and understanding to work.
