Natacha Vinding is an accomplished professional with a background spanning various industries and roles. She holds a Master's degree in Strategy, Organization, and Leadership from CBS, complemented by a BSc in Business Administration and Organisational Communication from Copenhagen Business School. Her educational journey began at Rungsted Gymnasium.
Natacha is the founder of mindcap, an organization that reflects her commitment to curiosity and innovation. Prior to this, she held the position of Project Manager at Coconut Factory and served as a Consultant Recruiter at Mercuri Urval. Her diverse experience includes roles such as Junior Consultant at NorthHouse Partners, Project Coordinator at Gorm Larsen Nordic, and PR Assistant at Heart and Soul Communications. Natacha even brought her skills to The Royal House of Denmark, where she worked as a Nanny.
