Tracy Hoover is the Founder and Principal of Making Change For Good, a consultancy that specializes in social impact strategy and organizational transformation. Established in April 2018, the organization focuses on building effective non-profits, designing high-visibility cause campaigns, and mobilizing various stakeholders, including volunteers and corporate leaders, to drive social change. Before founding Making Change For Good, Hoover served as the President and CEO of Points of Light from July 2013 to August 2017, where she led the largest organization dedicated to volunteer service globally. Under her leadership, Points of Light engaged millions of volunteers and had a significant economic impact through service initiatives.1 Additionally, she was the CEO of Hands On Atlanta from 1995 to 2008, where she significantly expanded the organization's reach in volunteer mobilization.1
