Nat Milner is a passionate entrepreneur with 50 years of family restaurant experience. Drawing on this background, he has established and oversees two quick-service restaurant concepts in midtown Manhattan and is enthusiastic about exploring opportunities in Vegan cuisine.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Nat is a devoted parent of three, alongside his wife Liz. Originally from Alaska, they now reside in NYC. An avid seeker of adventure, Nat has engaged in diverse outdoor activities, including climbing the pyramids in Egypt, reaching Mt. Everest Base camp, working on an Alaskan fishing boat, and embarking on an 800-mile canoe journey down the Yukon river.
Nat Milner's educational journey includes a Master's degree in Economics from Union College, a Master Certificate in Restaurant Management and Hospitality from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
