Nandita Parshad

Nandita Parshad has over 30 years of work experience in diverse emerging economies at organizations like the World Bank and EBRD.

Currently, she leads the Energy and Natural Resources group at EBRD, overseeing a team of over 90 staff and managing investments of over €2 billion annually.

Her group focuses on energy sector investments to promote affordable, secure, and sustainable energy solutions across the Bank's operational regions.

Nandita is known for her strategic thinking, innovative negotiation skills, and instrumental role in reforming the Russian power sector and expanding renewable energy investments at EBRD.

She is recognized as a strong communicator, team player, and networker with a background in public affairs and International studies from Princeton University.

In the past, she held various roles at EBRD, was the Co-Chair of the Global Future Council on Energy Transition at the World Economic Forum, and worked on energy and transport projects in India at The World Bank.
