Nancy Nanqian Xu is a versatile professional with a diverse educational background and a strong passion for creating value through a human-centric approach.

Her academic journey includes studies at renowned institutions such as Singularity University, The London School of Economics and Political Science, IIT Institute of Design, New York University, and Donghua University.

With a Master of Design in Human-centered Innovation Process, Nancy brings a unique perspective to her roles.

Nancy Nanqian Xu has held key positions in various organizations, including being the Design Research Director at Ford Motor Company, Teaching Fellow at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Director of Innovation at Cevolution, and Independent Consultant.

She has also shared her expertise as a Part-time Instructor at ShanghaiTech University and held roles at IDEO, Samsung, Gravity Tank, Design Management Institute, and Sunflower Export Corp.

Her past experiences as a Senior Design Researcher, Product Strategist, Product Researcher, Research and Strategy Contractor, Strategy Intern, and Product Designer have contributed to her well-rounded skill set.
