Sera Labs, under Nancy's direction, specializes in health, wellness, and beauty sectors, emphasizing innovation and advanced delivery technologies for enhanced consumer satisfaction.

The company offers a wide range of high-quality products under the brands SeraLabs® and Seratopical®, featuring science-backed formulations.

Within just two years of its inception, Sera Labs was acquired by CURE Pharmaceutical, with Nancy assuming the roles of CEO at Sera Labs and Chief Strategic Officer at CURE Pharmaceutical.

Nancy facilitated a significant partnership with Nicole Kidman, an acclaimed actress, to enhance product development and strategy for the Seratopical brand.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Nancy is deeply committed to philanthropic initiatives, particularly focusing on supporting children in need through the Cardiac & Arrhythmia Research & Education Foundation, which she co-founded in 1995.
