Gavin Dein

Gavin Dein is an accomplished entrepreneur, philanthropist, and investor who has dedicated his life to building profitable businesses that simultaneously serve a greater purpose. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Dein founded and oversaw the global growth of Reward, a customer engagement and loyalty platform that rewards customers who drive incremental sales for the world's largest banks and retailers through data mining. Under his leadership, Reward has expanded its programs to over 20 countries, working with a wide range of payment companies and retailers, including Visa, American Express, Amazon, and H&M.

However, Dein's dedication to making a positive change doesn't stop at business. He is an active philanthropist and has served as a member of the Income Generation Committee at the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) for over a decade. Furthermore, he has chaired the Childline Schools Service board and National Volunteer's board, two NSPCC initiatives.

As an investor, Dein's focus is on startups that have a positive or transformative impact on society. Some of his early investments include Ed-Tech platform ByJu's, Eye-Care pioneer ASG Hospitals, and the Unicorn startup super app that consolidates users' cards into one smart card, Curve.

Dein's education includes a degree in Bachelor of Science, Economics, and Entrepreneurship earned at Babson College.
