Naman Shah is a highly accomplished engineer and socially conscious entrepreneur. Alongside his brother Alap, he established Sentieo, an acclaimed financial data platform catering to hedge funds, mutual funds, and individual investors. Naman took charge of operations and development in Delhi and New York, overseeing a team of over 200 professionals, including engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, and financial analysts.
Prior to his success with Sentieo, Naman embarked on a journey in rural India to tackle the prevalent issue of contaminated drinking water. He co-founded Sarvajal, a social enterprise dedicated to providing clean, filtered drinking water to underserved communities. Leveraging innovative solutions like low-cost reverse osmosis filtration technology, ATM water delivery networks, and cloud-based management systems, he expanded the company to employ 35 individuals and serve over 100,000 customers, delivering more than 200 million gallons of potable water.
Naman Shah's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he honed his expertise at the nexus of technology and entrepreneurship. Post-graduation, he returned to India to recruit and lead a team of top-tier engineers for Sentieo, a role he continues to fulfill while actively spearheading recruitment efforts for their New York branch.
In addition to his involvement with Sentieo and Sarvajal, Naman has held prominent positions in various organizations, including being a Co-Founder and Investor at Thistle, a Partner at Studio Management LLC, Co-Founder and President at Sentieo, Co-founder at inCrowd, and Co-Founder at Sarvajal / Piramal Water.
