Adrian 'A.G.' Granderson is a dynamic executive with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit and entertainment sectors, known for his innovative approach and successful track record in marketing, event planning, fundraising, and brand management.
AG has established multiple successful entertainment ventures since 2010, such as Jazz & Jokes, Kranky Chef's Urban Kitchen, Agenda Nightclub, and WKND Hang Suite, with a new upscale fine-casual restaurant, SupperClub on 2nd, set to open in August 2022 in Downtown Memphis, TN.
As CEO of Cleo Ellis & Company, a hospitality staffing company, AG oversees a team of over 100 employees, and all his ventures operate under the Suite Lyfe Hospitality Group, which is Tennessee's largest Minority-Owned Hospitality company with revenues exceeding $10M in 2022.
With his extensive background, AG has served as the President & CEO of 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee, Inc, led marketing initiatives, and provided consultancy services to various clients including universities, non-profits, and notable musicians and comedians.
AG's expertise extends into broadcast entertainment, where he has spent over 20 years in radio broadcasting, voice overs, and public speaking, notably as a well-known Nashville radio personality on stations like 92Q and iHeartRadio's 101.1 The Beat Jamz in various roles.
In 2021, AG founded SeasonONE Media and played a crucial role in creating the Tennessee State University Big Blue Sports Network, overseeing the broadcasting of TSU Athletics events and serving as the Executive Producer for the network's ESPN+ broadcasts.
In addition to his professional endeavors, AG is actively involved in youth advocacy, mentoring, and hosting special events, contributing to various civic organizations like the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, Urban League Young Professionals, and the Boy Scouts of America, among others.
AG holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Speech Communication & Theatre, both from Tennessee State University.
