Nadya Powell is the Founding Partner of Utopia, an Inclusion Culture Change business, focusing on enabling thriving people, businesses, and the world through various strategies. With a passion for Inclusion & Diversity, she champions equity and equality in business, drawing from her personal experiences and privileges. Prior to Utopia, Nadya founded three successful businesses: Dare, Lost Boys, and Sunshine. She is actively involved in creating change as an influencer, co-founding Diversity networks and initiatives like Millennial Mentoring and The Great British Diversity Experiment. Nadya is also engaged in various organizations like WACL, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, and has a strong educational background, holding an MSc from The London School of Economics and Political Science and studying History at the University of Warwick.
