Nadiya Chala

Nadiia Chala is an accomplished HR professional with over 13 years of experience, including 8 years in managerial roles and 5 years as an HR Director, particularly in the IT/Tech industry.

She holds certification as a coach-consultant in organizations, facilitator, and PPA Practitioner, with expertise in change management, cross-functional project management, launching new initiatives and processes, and distributed teams management.

Nadiia excels in evaluating and developing HR processes, performance management, engagement, and corporate culture. She is known for her leadership skills in managing HR specialists and collaborating effectively with senior management.
