Nadia Oshry is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in various sectors such as financial services, insurance, entrepreneurship, education, agriculture, and health/wellness.

She was a key member of the Standard Bank Moonshots team, an initiative that aimed at fostering innovative businesses to drive growth and job creation in Africa by launching disruptive products like Founders Factory Africa.

Nadia's expertise encompasses strategy, analytics, product development, operations, finance, marketing, and the successful execution of complex projects.

Previously, she held prominent roles at Discovery Vitality and Card, where she led membership initiatives to boost sales, customer retention, and product engagement. She also spearheaded special projects involving the creation of new products and businesses at Discovery Health.

Furthermore, Nadia has a background in providing strategic support to organizations globally, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa, North America, and Europe. She held significant positions at Dalberg Global Development Advisors and Dalberg Research, overseeing operations, business growth in Africa, and managing global projects.

Nadia Oshry completed her studies in Honours in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Cape Town.

Currently, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Mother Financial and has a rich history of leadership roles at reputable organizations like Standard Bank Group, Discovery Limited, and Dalberg.
