Led the research and design across Modern Treasury’s compliance and fraud solutions product “Compliance” which offers  out-of-the-box compliance solutions integrated with their payments platform. I designed and launched several new solutions such as KYB, interface for customizing their onboarding workflow, insights and reporting.

I also led design for bringing analytics into the platform which helped customers gain valuable insights of tracking important metrics such related to their money movement.

I led the design of Cloudera's initiative of a one platform solution for business and data analysts partnering with the VP of product from concept building to launch.

Conducted extensive user research and market analysis to create the proof of concept which helped get board approval and funding as a beta offering for the customers.

I led  and mentored other designers across the company as well as helped in the onboarding of new employees in design, product and engineering

Partnering with the cofounders, I led the redesign of Promomii’s AI based video editing platform. After understanding the user pain points I redesigned their entire platform to simplify the experience which helped Promomii to double their user base from 500 to 1000 users by August 2021, including their biggest acquisition of the British Film Institute, largest media archiver in the world after the new redesigned platform release by June 2021.

Led the design of the Business Analyst’s experience inside Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), which is a big data solution that helps customers manage the life cycle of their data, from data ingestion to building Artificial Intelligence. 

Helped improving the user experience and provided a solution which is simple and easy to use for Cloudera’s Data Warehouse at 2019-2020, since then, Cloudera had 500 active customers with over $200M of revenue for this offering alone.

-Working closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to understand user needs, design product features that address customer needs and provide innovative solutions that would make Snowflake’s cloud-based modern data warehouse platform more accessible and improve the overall experience of the product to all data users.
-Developing pixel perfect design, prototyping interaction behaviors and conducting thorough design research by participating customer interviews and collaborating with seasoned internal users (data scientists, database architects and innovators and SQL experts)
- Leading the effort of building a consolidated design library for Snowflake application
-Conduct design reviews to validate ideas and incorporate useful feedback from engineers, customers and stakeholders to iterate and improve on the design

- Led the design of MDLIVE mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms and improved the overall user experience. 
- Created user flows, application maps and wireframes of the entire application. Broke down the application into smaller flows, iterating and improving upon each flow, presenting and discussing with Product Managers, Stakeholders and Engineering teams
- Created prototypes, interaction behaviors and pixel perfect mockups, presenting them to the stakeholders and defined design guidelines for both design and development team to use
- Built a consolidated design component library for the application that helped design and dev team to get references and reuse
- Worked closely with Engineering team to find solution for certain design patterns and interactions.
- Participated on user research and competitor analysis to provide optimal solution on the product platform with a goal of acquiring more users and creating an engaging experience for the existing users

UX/UI Designer

- Owned the entire design lifecycle starting from product definition, creating user-flows, storyboarding and journey maps, information architecture for an iOS and Android specific app for Twitter as Azumo client. 
- Documented and presented the demo to the key stakeholders. Created detailed wireframes covering all the user scenarios. 
- Worked on creating prototypes and interaction design, style guide and high-fidelity pixel perfect mockups with assets ready for development.
- Participated in Agile Workflow model meeting weekly sprints.
