Murray McEachern is an experienced coach, consultant, and instructor with a passion for helping people navigate significant changes in their lives and careers. With over 20 years of experience, Murray has served hundreds of clients with inspiring transition life stories, guiding them through the four phases of transition and helping them find clarity, purpose, and success on the other side. Murray has a Master of Leadership in Organizational Leadership, Self Leadership, Adult Training & Development Certification, and a Bachelor of Arts from Royal Roads University, the University of Toronto - Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and the University of Waterloo, respectively.
Murray is the founder, guide, and coach of Grand Designs Coaching, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in achieving their full potential. He also founded 100 Day Shift at Grand Designs, a program that helps individuals experience sustainable change in 100 days or less. In addition, Murray has worked as the Head of Organizational Development, Manager of Organization & Development, and Consultant at RBC Global Consulting Services, where he honed his expertise in organizational leadership and development. He has also worked as an instructor, business coach, and personal coach with Dale Carnegie Business Group.
