Charlie Walker-Wise is an accomplished designer and learning facilitator who has spent almost a decade working as a Consultant, Business Developer and Coach at RADA Business. His passion for people and their pursuits has brought him success in developing transformational learning experiences for individuals, organizations and teams ranging in industry and size. Charlie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Acting from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of Sussex.

As the Client Director at RADA Business, Charlie leverages his commercial and artistic experience to design effective programs that help organizations make powerful shifts in performance. He is experienced in coaching and developing individuals, teams and organizations, having helped RADA Business more than triple in size while maintaining the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art's financial security. Previously, Charlie worked as a Theatre Director and actor at Freelance and as a Tutor/Facilitator at City Acting.
