Dr. Muhanad Hirzallah is an accomplished professional with a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He obtained his PhD from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Dr. Hirzallah currently serves as the President and Managing Consultant at Healthcare Operational and Performance Excellence (HOPE).
With a wealth of experience, Dr. Hirzallah has held various roles at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, including Director, Performance Excellence, Sr. Director, Process Excellence, Director, Business Applications, and Principal Quality Improvement Advisor.
Furthermore, Dr. Hirzallah has contributed his expertise as an Examiner at The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and as a Quality Improvement Consultant in several Manufacturing & Automotive Organizations.
