•Created and rolled out real-time repair dashboards on Kibana enabling Service Centers to effectively track repair efficiency
•Project managed launch of all US Bird service centers including lease agreements, utilities, parts & tools, and labor resulting in the launch of >50 service centers in 6 weeks
•Worked cross-functionally with CRM to efficiently sunset Bird’s gig mechanic program in favor of new (and significantly more cost-effective) in-house service centers

Society 53 is the Student Alumni Society's Leadership Board and official student ambassador program of the USC Alumni Association. Through various events and networking opportunities, Society 53 strives to strengthen Trojan Family ties between students and alumni. My responsibilities included managing logistics, planning, and organizing alumni networking opportunities for over 1,500 students. I was also responsible for overseeing mentorship programming with USC Board of Governor's members and Student Alumni Society members.
