He is skilled in clinical and administrative process improvement, performance measurement, knowledge management, and change management initiatives within organizations.

Muhanad is an expert in Lean and Six Sigma process improvement programs training and implementation, holding certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt.

He is a Certified Patient Safety Officer from Harvard University and a Certified Theory of Constraints Jonah.

Furthermore, Muhanad is a Certified ADKAR Change Management Professional and has served as a Baldrige Performance Excellence Award Examiner and an International Teams Excellence Awards Judge for ASQ.

Currently, Muhanad Hirzallah serves as the President and Managing Consultant at Healthcare Operational and Performance Excellence (HOPE) and previously worked as an Examiner for the Maclom Baldrige National Quality Award at the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
