Quanisha G. is the Associate Director of the Center for Professional Development at Bryn Mawr College, where she leverages over 15 years of experience in social impact and leadership development. In addition to her role at Bryn Mawr College, Quanisha is the host of the Black Woman CEO Podcast and the founder of RISE! with Quanisha Green, a business coaching initiative aimed at supporting Black women entrepreneurs. She has also established the Black Woman CEO platform, which provides tailored business leadership development for Black women, reaching a global audience of over 20,000 individuals.

Quanisha holds a Master's degree in Social Work and specializes in organizational behavior and management. Her research during her graduate studies focused on the cultural and societal factors affecting Black women's career and mental health experiences.
