Nicole Carter Allen is a Board Certified Nurse leader with 5 years of nursing leadership experience in outpatient oncology clinics specializing in GI, Thoracic, Melanoma, and Brain Tumor Oncology.

Over the past 9 years, she has been dedicated to working in Oncology medical and surgical outpatient Cancer Centers, employing multidivisional strategies to provide exceptional care.

Since 2020, Nicole has collaborated with organizational leadership to implement rapid changes due to COVID, introduce new roles, and optimize workflows for improved patient care and access.

In her leadership role, Nicole focuses on empowering nursing staff to adopt innovative approaches to care, strengthening relationships within the team, and establishing quality performance standards to ensure optimal patient safety and care.
