Chris Lipscomb BA (Hons), MSc, FCIPD

Chris Lipscomb is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in human resources management.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Master of Science (MSc) in History/Human Resources Management from the University of Stirling and Massachusetts, respectively.

In addition, Chris studied Secondary Education at the prestigious Edinburgh Academy.

Chris has held key positions in various organizations, including serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at The HR Shop.

Previously, he was the COO at Blue Pencil and held senior HR roles as the Director of Human Resources at Al Tamimi & Company and as the Head of Human Resources at Specialist Schools & Academies Trust.
